Patients are updated on the status of their prescription through text message updates.
The Ravkoo Hub can also connect patients with a live pharmacist to better understand medical insurance plan coverage, co-pays and pricing.
Ravkoo accepts all major commercial insurance as well as Medicare and Medicaid. If a medication is not covered or a patient cannot afford the copay or cost of the medication, Ravkoo can help. If a prescription is already at another pharmacy, Ravkoo can request that the prescription be transferred to their platform.
The Ravkoo Hub and services are secured, HIPAA compliant and licensed. They have licensed pharmacists and pharmacy technicians as well as an experienced team. There is never a charge to patients for using the service.
